Create and manage collections

You can create and manage Collections through the Admin Console.

Create a Collection

  1. In your console, click the drop-down on the top left and click on 'Manage Collections'.
  2. On the Manage Collections page, click 'Create Collection' on the top right.
  3. If you want to add search to a website, select 'Website' option, otherwise choose 'E-commerce & apps'.

  1. Provide a name for your Collection. (You will need to reference this name when you want to perform a search in your Collection).

The collection will be created. Follow the steps as described to complete the rest of the process.

Once completed, you can preview the records in your Collection from the Preview section.

Delete a Collection

  1. In your console, click the drop-down on the top left and click on 'Manage Collections'.
  2. Click the Delete button for the Collection that you want to delete. Confirm the action to delete the Collection.
